Desk Yoga wellbeing event

Tree poseOur next Informals wellbeing event is Desk Yoga, at 12.30pm on Thursday 3rd February. The event comprises an introductory talk on the benefits of yoga and meditation, followed by a guided meditation session, finishing off with a guided desk yoga session.
